Something quiet has been trying to get your attention.

Maybe it shows up as a low-level restlessness, a sense that something is off, even when life looks fine from the outside. Maybe it’s the feeling that you have been running on willpower for so long that you have forgotten what it feels like to make a choice that actually comes from somewhere true inside you.

Most of us learned, early and thoroughly, to listen to the voice that says be careful, be practical, don’t risk it. We called it logic. We called it being realistic. We called it responsible.

What we didn’t always learn is that there’s another voice: quieter, steadier, and a lot more honest. Your heart has been speaking to you all along. The work is learning to hear it again.

That is what this course is for.

What Heart-Centered Is

Heart-Centered Path is a four-week self-led email course. Each week, you receive one lesson — a short, grounded teaching paired with a simple practice you can actually bring into your days. No overwhelm. No homework pile. Just one focused step each week, building toward something that lasts.

The arc of the four weeks follows a natural progression:

Week 1 — Recognizing Fear’s Voice. Before anything changes, you need to see what has been running the show. Fear is clever; it doesn’t always feel like panic. This week, you learn to spot it in the quieter, more habitual ways it shows up in your choices and reactions.

Week 2 — Meeting Love’s Voice. Once you can hear fear, you start listening for something different. Love’s voice is subtler: a sense of ease, a breath that deepens, a quiet inner yes. This week is about building trust in that voice.

Week 3 — Choosing Love in Real Time. Knowing the difference between fear and love is one skill. Choosing differently, in the actual moments of your day, is another. This week, you practice a simple, repeatable process (Pause, Feel, Choose) that can interrupt old patterns before they take over.

Week 4 — Living the Heart-Centered Path. You will drift. Everyone does. This final week teaches you how to recognize when you have wandered from your center and how to come back,  with a practical anchoring tool called the Heart Check, and your own personal Heart Love Toolkit to carry forward.

What You Receive

Each week’s email carries the teaching, the practice, and any reflection prompts for that week. Your companion workbook, included with the course, gives you writing space, structured exercises, and a place to build your Heart Love Toolkit as the weeks unfold. You can complete each week’s core content in about 20 minutes, and then bring the practice into the rest of your days at whatever pace fits your life.

My background is in corporate finance. I don’t drift into the mystical and leave you wondering what to do on Monday morning.

What Lighting The Spark Is

Over six weeks, you’ll receive one email each week with a short focus, a few honest reflection prompts, and one small practice to carry into your days. Nothing overwhelming. Nothing that requires a free afternoon or a complete life overhaul.

The approach is practical and grounded — shaped by two decades of intuitive work and three decades of experience in structured, real-world environments. Where logic meets intuition. That is the lane we work in here.

By the end, you will have a personal Spark Plan: three small, repeatable practices and a simple way to mark your progress, so the momentum you’ve built has somewhere to go.

Week 1 — Noticing the Stuck Spots. Map what is truly yours to carry — and what isn’t. Naming it, without judgment, shifts the weight.

Week 2 — The Small Rock Under the Boulder. Find the smaller lever. One tiny, specific action, for seven days.

Week 3 — Releasing Old Energy. Set down one thought, fear, or pattern that is heavier than it is helpful. Create real space.

Week 4 — What Becomes Possible Now. With that space open, widen the view. What else is available that you couldn’t see before?

Week 5 — Choosing with Confidence. Learn to hear your own yes and no — so decisions feel aligned, not agonized over.

Week 6 — Your Spark in Action. Build your Spark Plan and carry it forward.
