My services are not a substitute for trained professional services and it is advised that you also seek advice from a relevant qualified expert as you need. All information provided is subject to your own interpretation and judgment. All readings are for spiritual growth and counseling only, and are not to be construed or considered as being for any other purpose.
Cancellation Policy
For sessions cancelled with 48 hours advance notice, a full refund will be given.
For cancellations within 24 hours an alternative time will be offered or a partial refund will be offered.
As a service dedicated to growth, we will take each situation into account.
Terms And Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By using this site and the services provided, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in a Psychic, Mediumship or Card reading.
- If Bruce misses the reading due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative time slot or a full refund.
Bruce may terminate a reading if:
- He feels a connection with spirit or with a client has not been achieved in order to provide an adequate reading.
- If the client shows an aggressive or confrontational attitude.
- Your fee will be refunded in full if Bruce terminates a reading.
- If you feel the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to indicate this within the first 10- 15 minutes of the session and a full refund will be offered. However, if you do not say anything at the time, we cannot offer a refund at a later time.
- The client will take full responsibility for accepting or not accepting any guidance given, and / or spirit communication.
- All information is given for the client to use of their own free will.
- All readings are given with good and honest intent and in good faith.
- We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information given during the readings.
Information provided during sessions is not to be used as a substitute for medical advice; always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of information provided within the session is at the client’s discretion and risk. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice, or for any material suggested on third party websites.
